Bud Mathew responded to our call even though it was made during the weekend. Plumber came to the house, identified the problem, gave us a temporary fix and suggested we wait until Monday to fix it. (That saved us some money!)
Bud Matthews called us first thing Monday morning and we scheduled a time for plumber to come. Plumber came in promptly and fixed the toilets. He was courteous, diligent and clearly explained the problems and what he was doing to fix them. Situation was solved. However, shortly after one of the toilet came loose again and plumber came back to reset it. No charges were incurred and plumber was apologetic about the issue. Once again he explained what had happened and how he was going to resolve it this time. It’s been a few weeks and up to now we haven’t had any other problems.
We have used this company consistently throughout the years. They have always given us great service and we will continue to use them for future needs. They are trust worthy and reliable.
